Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver to all addresses within South Africa at no extra cost. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Standard Delivery — Domestic South Africa

All orders are shipped via our Standard delivery method, which covers all provinces in South Africa.

  • Shipping cost: Free on all orders
  • Delivery area: South Africa (all regions)

Delivery consists of two stages:

  1. Handling time — the time we take to pack and dispatch your order from our facility after it is placed. (2-3 Hours) 
  2. Carrier transit time — the time the courier takes to deliver from our facility to your address. (1-3 Days depending on your location)

Please allow for both stages when estimating when your order will arrive. If you need more specific timeframe information, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification. This will include your tracking details so you can follow your order's progress.

  • Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for your dispatch notification.
  • Use the tracking number provided to monitor your delivery with the carrier.
  • If you created an account, you can also view your order status by logging in and visiting My Orders.

Delays & Support

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, or carrier disruptions. If your order hasn't arrived when expected, here's what to do:

  1. Check your tracking link for the latest status update.
  2. Allow one additional business day, as updates can sometimes lag behind the actual delivery.
  3. If your order still hasn't arrived or your tracking shows no movement, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

When reaching out, please have the following ready:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used to place your order
  • Your tracking number (if available)
